Cancellation Policy for www.mohanastrology.com

• Cancellation of services request will be entertained on the following grounds.

• For online services no refund is made once the report or service is delivered. In case due to some technical fault payment is made and service is not delivered online then credit for the same service will be given to the person who made the payment againt their email id.

• For consultation services no refund or cancellation is permissible once time booking is made by the Astrologer. However refund can be requested 3 days prior to the date of booking in case of unavoidable circumstances.

• For other bookings online or through direct deposit into bank account request for cancellation will be entertained 7 days before the date of delivery. Once the software is ready for delivery cancellation or refund request will be entertained.

• All cancellation requests must be made by the attendee or credit card or debit card holder...

Refund policy

• Refund will be done within seven business days from the date of cancellation of the services

• All refund requests must be made by the attendee or Credit/Debit card holder.

• Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
